Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre Tenant Spotlights

Coca-Cola - Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Southern California (Nasdaq: COKE), a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Enterprise Inc. (Nasdaq: CCE), recently purchased a 13-acre site at Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre for a distribution plant to service North County. The 80,000-square-foot plant will begin construction early next year, with completion expected by the end of 2005.

Ashworth Inc. - Ashworth Inc. (Nasdaq: ASHW), a Carlsbad-based golf apparel maker, has joined the list of world-class tenants at Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre. The designer of men’s and women’s golf-inspired lifestyle sportswear, expanded its operations into a 203,000- square-foot facility selected for its architectural design and locale in Oceanside. Completion of the facility and company operations at the site are slated for November 2004. 200 to 400 employees will occupy the facility. “The Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre facility has an absolutely fantastic design and location,” said Peter Case, vice president of finance for Ashworth.

OneSource Distributors - In 2003, OneSource Distributors became one of the first tenants to locate to Ocean Ranch Corporate Centre. A leading supplier of electrical supplies, equipment, and industrial automation products, OneSource opened a 90,000-square-foot facility at Ocean Ranch to function as Corporate Offices as well as the Central Distribution Center for the company. OneSource officially opened the facility at Ocean Ranch in January 2003 and quickly produced more than 94 jobs. For more information on OneSource Distributors visit www.1sourcedist.com.

Paolone Brothers, LLC - Paolone Brothers, LLC will begin construction at its Ocean Ranch site in early 2005. This site will start out as a major distribution facility for Car Sound Exhaust Systems, Inc. and will expand to become its main headquarters and manufacturing center in the U.S. Car Sound is a leading manufacturer and supplier of catalysts, converters, and custom exhaust systems worldwide for the automotive aftermarket industry. Car Sound currently employs more than 200 people at its operations in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., and plans on adding close to 50 or more jobs when the distribution facility opens at Ocean Ranch, targeted for late 2005.
